I joined Integra in year 1990.
This company is not just my family, its my world. I have got lot of learning here, not only regarding the technical or other aspects, but, also about various sides, life offers to us.
The working atmosphere in the company is so friendly that you feel like giving your 100% in whatever activity you do.
Continuous support and moral boosting from the management is always making all of us work with positive attitude, which brings great results for the organisation.
As I am going to retire this October, 2023, after my service of more than 33 years, I feel overwhelmed by the support, intimacy and the spirit of the team & organization.

Under the " YOUNG INDIA" initiative, we got recruited at INTEGRA ENGINEERING INDIA LTD in "Engineering Department" as Graduate Trainees in February, 2023.
Here, we get the privilege of working on challenging projects, get to know about ideas of new manufacturing techniques and innovations, learning from exceptional colleagues, and contributing to the company's ongoing success. “All Work and no play makes jack a dull boy”…. And there never is a dull moment at Integra. Exuberance and joy become a part of work, especially during festive time. All employees get enthralled with zest and fun, while celebrating festivals like Shri Ganeshotsav or Navratri garba ( for on evening ) or Deewali.
Participation from top leaders to janitors, makes the celebration more of a family function than that of a corporate industry.
Not only festivals, but Mega event like IPL (Integra premiere league), which lasts for almost one and half months, having more than 20 teams- from all strata of work areas, adds to the mutual bonding of employees and it strengthens the fabric of the organization.
We also celebrate the annual function on new calendar year. The electrifying atmosphere during the event is to be experienced only to be believed.
Distribution of baby-kit to parents of new born babies is a regular custom at integra and it’s a testimony of the care and concern the management holds towards its employee.
Regular felicitation of winners of best Kaizen or attendance awards is a way to recognize employees’ dedication, hard work and commitment towards the organization.
